Due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges whether the packaging seal is open or not.

Can I get a refund on my product?

We are sorry to hear that you aren’t satisfied with your product. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. But in case your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please write to us through the contact us page and request an exchange for the same item. We want to serve you. 

Can I avail a repair service?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of repair service. To serve your better, we recommend writing to us through the contact us page. Tell us about the product and what issue you are experiencing.
