I've used nearly every thrusting and/or gyrating device on the market and this is my all-time favorite. Best thing I've ever purchased, and I keep a backup on hand, jic.

I purchased my first one about 18 months ago and after near-daily use I had to replace it. Waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive was horrible. That's when I decided to keep 2 on hand, so I never had to go without it. It's that good.

It's slightly posable, an excellent length, especially with its extension length in the thrust, and its gyration makes it feel more like it's just plain everywhere, so it can hit the perfect spot every time. It's not too loud, very versatile, and a charge lasts an entire session (45 minutes or so).

Plus, he's very powerful and resilient. I have extremely strong pc muscles. No other thrusting toy I've used (including the Velvet thruster) has been able to continue thrusting through my Os (VERY FRUSTRATING). Murphy stops on many of the settings, but on a few he's like the Energizer bunny.

As an aside, Dr Brody, advertised as "powerful" doesn't hold a candle to Murphy (stops before I even get to the O). Ethan never stops for anything. If only they could add thrusting and/or vibration to Ethan, they'd have a 100% winner.

I also love the remote. No awkward, slippery, messy reaching to switch things up in the moment.

Agree with the previous reviewer that experimentation is fun, but some light instruction would be nice.

Purchased from a local company, I’ve only had it a couple of weeks. The doctor is more powerful and has more movement than nearly every other of this type, that I’ve seen or tried. It feels wonderful and looks amazing.

Yes, it is a pricey option, but I understand why and you will too. It was worth it and I know I’d have been disappointed with the short list of toys I researched before buying this.

I’d suggest making the remote rechargable. Standard batteries suck and it’s super convenient to recharge both toy and remote at the same time. It’s one of the things I look for when comparing and I suspect that it’s a cheap, marketable upgrade.

I’d get rid of the multi function power button on its base. There’s too many functions built into it, making it near useless. If anything, give it two presets.

I’d also add a third button to the remove. A seperate one to control gyration. I still haven’t figured that one out.

Experimenting is a ton of fun, but it didn’t come with any instructions. While most instructions aren’t needed, the time you don’t want to be experimenting with buttons is when you’re getting into it. They really should give a short overview of the buttons and the patterns.

Pro: Power, range of motion, texture
Con: Over-burdened multi-function button, lack of complete controls on remote and lack of instructions.
